With a brilliant pale salmon color, this small lot dry rose displays aromas of Alpine strawberries, watermelon and spun sugar. Barrel fermented and aged on the lees for a full mouthfeel that exhibits bright raspberries, rhubarb and a hint of rose petal on the finish. This is a great summer wine that will pair well with fish, pork, chicken and grilled sweet onions.

The name Beet Red is derived from the location
of our winery located on Beet Road near the Washington/Oregon state line. Our first release is dedicated to the memory of Tanya's professor and mentor, Stan Clarke. A portion of the proceeds from
the sale of this bottle will be donated to the Stan N. Clarke Memorial Scholarship Fund at Walla Walla Community College.
This Walla Walla Valley red wine is characterized by layers of black cherry, caramel, tobacco and baking spice aromas. Aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak, 20% one year American oak and 50% neutral, this is an approachable wine that has silky tannins and a lingering blueberry finish. Enjoy this wine with poultry dishes and grilled meats. 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Syrah. WE 90 pts.
