The 2016 Beet Red is a blend of 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc, 25% Petit Verdot, 9% Syrah sourced from the Walla Walla Valley. The name comes from where the winery is located on Beet Road in Walla Walla. Historically, sugar beet farms were prevelant in this area. The wine is delicious with BBQ and has a silky texture with dark fruit notes.
