Tasting Notes:This Cab is primarily sourced from the Les Collines vineyard located at the base of the Blue Mountains here in Walla Walla. I think this vineyard showcases the Walla Walla Valley very well. It has the varietal black cherry, plum and blackcurrant wrapped in dark chocolate and graphite with a hint of rose petal that is consistent to this vineyard. Pair this with grilled meats, stews and hard cheeses. Enjoy through 2030.
